Confusion on water cooled heatpumps 1 They are energy efficient units that use ground water to cool the freon in your home air conditioner instead of using the outside coils and blower that most houses have. The water flows when the compressor is on, and is normally recycled to water the lawn and refill the lakes either directly or through the stormwater system. They are perfectly legal and have often been  encouraged by the authorities as a conservation tool.
Storing non-running cars on property 4
Dumping of trash on vacant property 2 Call the Illegal Dumping Enforcement at 272-5680. They will send an investigator and get the stuff picked up if it is on the right of way. Call 911 if you see dumping in progress, and try to get a licence number and description.
